Mick Garvey is out squirrel shooting in one of the many blocks of woodland where he works to conserve red squirrels; he's spotted a grey lurking on the trail cams, and he is NOT happy about it!
This woodland is one area in which Mick has systematically eradicated grey squirrels from the area, and as a consequence, it has a thriving population of our beautiful native reds. However, as anyone who works on red squirrel conservation knows, one grey in the area is one too many, and Mick has spotted a grey on his trail cams.
The situation needs to be remedied! And fast! This is not a "big bag day", because there are so few greys in this part of woodland; it is a highly targeted mission to take out the culprit before it causes serious damage to the carefully nurtured population of reds. Enjoy this one, it's a little bit different.
